If you want to get the most nutrients plus be able to gain weight, it's pretty simple.  Just increase your grains, nuts, and seeds.  All are nutritionally superior to protein drinks and will have a greater absorption rate of protein (and all other nutrients)into your body.  Also, even if you're lifting weights, you don't need to up your percentage of protein like so many believe to build muscle.  I wrote about this a bit on my protein post a few months back.  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I really need to figure out how to group my posts by subject instead of just by date.
